Malaysia’s palm oil exports during the May 1-15 period are estimated up 16.3% on month at 563,172 metric tons, cargo surveyor Intertek Agri Services said Monday.

Another surveyor, SGS (Malaysia) Bhd., is expected to issue its estimate later Monday.

Malaysia’s palm oil exports during the May 1-15 period are estimated to have risen 14.9% sequentially to 574,548 metric tons, cargo surveyor SGS (Malaysia) Bhd. said Monday. 
The estimate is above the 563,172 tons estimated by another cargo surveyor, Intertek Agri Services, earlier in the day.
