Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, Jan 09, 2007
**All prices are quoted per ton, unless otherwise noted.**

   Feedstuff ingredient prices were mostly steady to lower this past week.
Trading was getting back to normal levels after the extended holiday period.
Demand was light to moderate.

Oilseeds:
  The Mar Soybean Meal futures closed the week 2.70 lower at 190.70.  The Mar
Soybean Oil futures closed 91 points lower at 28.17 cents per pound.  The
Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 1.70 to 3.70 lower. The 44 pct protein soybean
meal ranged 163.70-171.70; the basis was steady to 2.00 lower from 27.00-19.00
under the Mar futures.  The 46 pct protein soybean meal ranged 170.70-178.70;
the basis ranged 20.00-12.00 under the Mar futures.  Linseed Meal, 34 pct
protein was steady from 119.00-128.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area.
Sunflower Meal, 23 pct fiber, 28 pct protein was 7.00 higher at 117.00 in the
North Dakota-Minnesota area.  Crude Sunflower Oil in Minnesota-North Dakota was

not available.  Crude Sunflower Oil FOB the Gulf had no quote as there were no

supplies available.  Crude Soybean Oil in Minnesota was not available.

Animal Protein:
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady to 5.00 lower from 190.00-
200.00 for ruminant; pork was 205.00.  Yellow Grease was not established;
Choice
White Grease was also not established.  Feather Meal was steady from 275.00-
280.00.

Millfeeds:
  Wheat Middlings were 3.00 to 7.00 lower from 105.00-108.00 in limited test.
The Sacked Bran was steady at 185.00 for 80 pound bags.

Others:
   Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal, 17 pct protein were steady from 180.00-185.00.
