(Dow Jones)--Worsening floods in key Malaysian oil palm state of Johor may boost palm oil prices on concerns of supply disruption, traders say. More than 100,000 people evacuated over weekend after heavy rainfall causes fresh floods in Malaysia's No. 2 oil palm producing state. "Production fell sharply last month because of floods in Johor. People are speculating that production could be hit again this month with another round of floods," trader in Singapore says. In December, Malaysian CPO output was down 26% on month.
