Kansas City Weekly Feedstuff Review
Truck bids per ton unless otherwise stated.

   Feedstuff prices were mostly unchanged to higher as soybeans and corn prices

are higher, improving the prices for soybean meal and gluten feed.  Millfeeds
are sharply lower on light demand.


   Soybean meal, 48 percent was 17.30-20.30 higher from 310.30-323.30 per ton.
Soybean hulls were unchanged from 95.00-110.00 per ton.  41 percent Cottonseed
Meal was unchanged to 10.00 lower at 245.00 per ton.  21 percent gluten feed
pellets were unchanged to up 2.00 from 117.00-130.00 per ton.  60 percent
Gluten Meal was 20.00-25.00 higher from 460.00-500.00 per ton.  Kansas Interior

millfeeds, Rail was 14.00 lower from 58.00-63.00 per ton; Trucks were 7.00 lowe
r
from 73.00-78.00 per ton.  Hominy Feed (FOB KC Northwest) truck was unchanged
at
100.00-105.00 per ton; rail was unchanged at 97.00-100.00 per ton.  Meat and
Bone Meal was unchanged to 7.00 lower at 305.00 per ton.  Feather Meal was
unchanged from 425.00-465.00 per ton.  Yellow Grease was 200 points lower at
13.00 per pound.  Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal was steady from 239.00-244.00 per
ton;
Sun-Cured 15 percent pellets were steady from 193.00.00-208.00 per ton; Alfalfa

Center of NE pellets, 17 percent were steady from 210.00-215.00 per ton; Meal
without oil was steady from 214.00-219.00 per ton; Hay prices were not
available.
